Jashn-E-Bahaara

Jashn-E-Bahaara brings Javed Ali to Amsterdam for one night only: live in concert at RAI Amsterdam on 16 January 2027. Javed Ali is one of the most distinctive voices of modern Hindi cinema. Trained in Hindustani classical music by his father, Ustad Hamid Hussain, and mentored by ghazal legend Ustad Ghulam Ali, he broke through with "Jashn-E-Bahaara" from Jodhaa Akbar and went on to define a generation of film music with "Kun Faya Kun", "Tum Tak", "Arziyan", "Guzarish", "Nagada Nagada" and "Tu Jo Mila". Equally at home with a sufi qawwali, a romantic ballad or a dance-floor hit, Javed Ali has recorded in more than a dozen Indian languages and is one of the most sought-after live performers of his generation. Jashn-E-Bahaara is his Amsterdam concert: an evening of the songs that made him, sung by the voice that made them.
