1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and purchasing tickets for our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

These terms apply to Raga Events, registered in the Netherlands with KvK number 97734608.

2. Ticket Purchases

2.1 Purchase Process

Tickets are sold through authorized ticketing platforms. By purchasing a ticket, you enter into a binding contract with us. All ticket sales are subject to availability.

2.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Service fees may apply through third-party ticketing platforms. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

2.3 Ticket Delivery

E-tickets will be sent to the email address provided during purchase. You are responsible for ensuring the email address is correct. Print or display your e-ticket on your mobile device for entry.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 Customer Cancellations

Under Dutch consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, tickets for events scheduled within this period are excluded from this right. Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

3.2 Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price (excluding service fees charged by third-party platforms). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation notification.

3.3 Event Postponement

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may be entitled to a refund subject to our discretion and the circumstances of the postponement.

4. Event Entry and Conduct

4.1 Entry Requirements

• You must present a valid ticket (printed or digital) for entry
• Valid identification may be required
• Security searches may be conducted at the venue
• We reserve the right to refuse entry without refund

4.2 Prohibited Items and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited at our events:

• Professional recording equipment (cameras, video recorders)
• Weapons or dangerous objects
• Illegal substances
• Outside food and beverages (unless medically necessary)
• Disruptive or aggressive behavior
• Reselling or transferring tickets for profit (scalping)

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Raga Events or its content suppliers and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws.

Unauthorized recording, photography, or broadcasting of our events is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the venue and legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law:

• We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property at events (except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct)
• We are not responsible for transportation delays or issues getting to the venue
• We are not liable for changes to the event program, performers, or running times
• Our total liability shall not exceed the ticket price paid

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, pandemic, or venue unavailability.

8. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By purchasing tickets, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Photography and Filming

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. These materials may be used on our website, social media, or marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the venue.

10. Ticket Resale

Tickets may not be resold for profit or commercial gain. Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers may be invalid, and entry may be refused. We reserve the right to cancel tickets obtained through unauthorized channels without refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
